VMIA Secure Client Portal

VMIA provides clients with access to a secure client portal that hosts bespoke documents and information specific to their organisation. Information available can include Site Risk Surveys and Risk Framework Quality Reviews, policy schedules and certificates of currency.

Clients can also update their contact details and set up their own user profiles choosing which publications they would like to receive from VMIA.

Different levels of security have been developed which will empower clients to set access levels depending on the sensitivity of information held within the portal.

Gaining access to the portal

  1. Complete and submit the request secure access form.
  2. We will contact you to confirm your application and get authorisation to set up an account for your organisation.
  3. We will set up your account and email you login details and instructions on how to access the client portal.
