The VMIA is committed to ensuring that information on the website is accessible to all users including people with special needs, people using older technologies, people with poor telecommunications infrastructure or people using assistive technologies.

Accessibility is not only a legal requirement under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, it enables an organisation to expand its reach into the wider community by supporting access to the four million Australian people with disabilities - temporary and permanent, ageing members of society and people accessing the web on a variety of platforms.

Increasing text size

To improve visibility, the size of the text on the website can be increased by clicking on the A+ symbol located in the header on each page. To decrease the text size, click on the A- symbol located in the same area.
