Opportunity to extend coverage to Australia-wide operations

If you are an organisation incorporated within Victoria, with a non-Victorian revenue less than $15,000,000, VMIA is now able to extend the CSO Program to cover ALL your business activities Australia wide for a reasonable additional premium.

If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity, please download the proposal form below, complete the required details and fax the form to VMIA. A quotation will be mailed or emailed to you for your consideration.

If you are concerned that you are purchasing cover that VMIA provides for free or would like further information on the opportunity to extend your coverage to Australia wide operations, please contact Sascha Karner on 03 9270 6969, s.karner@vmia.vic.gov.au
