If you have had an incident that you suspect may result in a Liability or Property claim, you can report this by contacting your Client Relationship Manager.

If you have had a Personal Accident (Volunteer) claim, please complete a Personal Accident Form.

If an incident involves serious injury, significant financial loss or other major consequences, VMIA may require the immediate involvement of Legal Counsel. Incidents of this nature should be reported to VMIA as soon as you become aware of them.
