Homeowners who have noticed defects within the warranty period and the builder is dead, insolvent or disappeared, may submit a claim to VMIA BWP on the appropriate form.

Instructions:

1. Listed on the Claim Forms page, is the available form. Click on the form to open it. Once it is opened, you can either print it or save it to hard disk. Alternatively, if you do not wish to open the form, right click on the required form and choose Save Target As from the menu.

2. As the claim form is a statutory declaration, all forms need to be completed accurately and signed. Please initial the foot of each page. Please include all required attachments or documents for faster processing.

3. To ensure that all information and documents have been provided, please review the checklist that has been included in the documents below.
