Overview

According to the Institute of Risk Management, Cyber risk is “any risk of financial loss, disruption or damage to the reputation of an organisation from some sort of failure of its information technology systems.”

This workshop is designed to demystify cyber risk and build your ability to assess and manage this risk in collaboration with your IT and information management specialists.

Learning objectives

  • Clarify the language of cyber risk in the context of delivering government and community services
  • Explore tools and techniques to consider your cyber risk exposures
  • Consider approaches to include cyber risk in your enterprise risk approach
