Managing risk is part of everybody’s job. Effective risk management supports informed decision making and helps to achieve positive outcomes at every level of an organisation.

This session will build your confidence in understanding core risk management concepts, as well as provide you with frameworks and tools to assist you and your organisation in the way that they manage risk.

This is an interactive online workshop where you’ll be invited to engage in quizzes, polls and small group discussions. At times, you may be asked to switch on your camera and microphone to participate.
