Make a claim online
If your organisation has insurance cover with VMIA you can lodge a claim through the VMIA portal(opens in a new window). The portal makes it easy to keep on top of your claims from submission through to resolution.
MOTOR CLAIMS: all motor claims other than Motor Special Contingency and Motor Loss of No Claims Bonus must be lodged directly with the claims manager noted on the policy schedule. Contact claims@vmia.vic.gov.au for assistance.
