The incentivizing better patient safety program, is a 16 million dollar program to help public hospitals introduce preventative measures for the key risk factors in birth Suites.
Investing in training for the prompt program it means that our staff at any time of the day they know that in an emergency situation they have the right skills the right, techniques and know how to work together as a team.
I can see that the staff are really gaining more confidence and I can also see that our outcomes are improving and I think every hospital should be doing it.
