Overview
The need to facilitate effectively and confidently is growing. At VMIA we’re often asked to facilitate group meetings for our clients. These workshops have a range of purposes, often around designing frameworks, managing risks and considering strategy.
The World Economic Forum The Future of Jobs Report 2020 highlights the need for more skills in critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving in the lead up to 2025. Our workshop is designed to meet this demand.
