We collect information on your organisation’s assets and activities annually via our Renewal Risk Information questionnaire on the portal. Your nominated contact will receive an email once the RRI is open for input.

This information helps us ensure you're receiving the right insurance at the right premium.

We're committed to continuing improvement to the RRI activities to reduce manual input, and make the process quicker and clearer for you. By using the portal we’ll be able to collect real time data, enabling us to build a comprehensive database of risks to ensure you remain covered, connected and confident.

The questions will be available for you to access in the portal from 7 February to 6 March 2024.
