This hands-on workshop looks at the concept of shared risk. For organisations to better manage an ever changing and uncertain future, we need to think differently.
You'll learn the practical application of the four-phased Network Approach to help you and the other impacted agencies and stakeholders get on top of these risks. You'll gain more confidence to adapt your organisational approach to take account of shared objectives and dependencies across government.
By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:
- Examine the obligations for shared risk documented in the VGRMF
- Apply the four-phased Network Approach for identifying and managing shared risks
- Enable leaders to tackle multi-agency complexity with more clarity and purpose
This workshop is suited to managers and leaders from a range of public sector and community services organisations. Each module is a half day hands-on workshop to provide immersive activity-based learning and strong networking opportunities.
