VMIA has expanded its training offering to clients and has a suite of eLearning modules available to help supervisors and managers comply with workplace employment laws that govern recruitment, selection, managing people and their performance.
Risk leadership seminars
The risk leadership seminar series provides a forum to profile key organisational risks, and provides an opportunity for risk professionals across the Victorian Public Sector (VPS) to exchange information, ideas and knowledge. Presented by experienced risk practitioners, the series features topics that require ongoing risk leadership within the VPS.
The executive healthcare breakfast series is targeted at senior executives from Victoria’s health sector. The focus of these breakfasts is to present contemporary information that will assist health practitioners facing challenges around system performance and improvements within the sector.
The clinical leadership forum series aims to provide eminent speakers who will discuss the management of clinical risks through a variety of health initiatives that have successfully addressed known clinical risks.
VMIA is committed to delivering our training programs in various regional locations.
