The Risk in Practice Leadership Series explores the possibilities and opportunities that arise when risk leadership is applied to make informed decisions, improve performance and achieve better outcomes. The program is aligned to the Victorian Government Risk Management Framework (VGRMF).

The series focuses on the value of applying critical thinking to navigate complexity. Participants will be immersed in techniques to identify and explore problems, not rushing to solve them.

Learning objectives

  • examine the obligations and expectations for interagency risk documented in the VGRMF
  • model different approaches for identifying and managing interagency risks
  • enable leaders to tackle interagency complexity with more clarity and purpose.

This series is suited to leaders from a range of public sector organisations.

Each module is delivered as a half day hands-on workshop to provide immersive activity-based learning and strong networking opportunities.
