The Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education and Training (departments) introduced risk attestation to support and encourage community service organisations (CSOs) to manage risk.
Risk attestation under clause 20.2(b) of the standard service agreement is about your organisation reflecting on what it has in place to manage its risks and to confirm that processes are appropriate for your organisation.
